“16.08.2019 We arrived rather late in the evening and a bit hungry. We went upstairs to the restaurant which was open till late. I ordered from the menu a Shot of Raki (the local drink) which is served with a glass of water, and a Steak sandwhich. Although the meat was soft, I needed some butter to add to my roll as it was dry, with the tomato lettuce and pickles. Turkish people seem to like eating dry bread, as everywhere I went no one adds butter (except me) so I had to request it each time.
